Non Destructive Testing

In order to ensure the quality of welding, Jiuli steel structure uses UT detector, magnetic powder meter, weld gauge and other tools for testing, and designs welds requiring full penetration to meet the inspection requirements of internal defects.

Livery

Use the paint thickness gauge and other tools for testing to ensure that the coating quality meets the relevant standards.

1. Shot blasting inspection (100% inspection for each batch)

2. paint inspection (100% inspection per batch)

Paint components (mixing ratio, diluent) name, brand number, production date, packaging, quality assurance data, storage environment, etc. meet the requirements of the paint process.

The number of coatings shall meet the process requirements, and the negative deviation of the film thickness shall not exceed 25um.

R Angle is pre-painted before painting.

No obvious fall, no porosity (bubble), wrinkling, peeling and other defects.

Bag receiving inspection (random inspection by 20% of the number of bags) : After the coating table is dry, the bags are collected and stacked neatly; The shipping mark and center of gravity are clearly marked.

Loading inspection (each car inspection) : the car is placed neatly and orderly, and the soft material under the wire rope is isolated and protected; Interlayer cushion square wood isolation protection; Paint scratches must be repaired to the right extent.
